With stunning beaches, lush mountains, delicious food, rich culture and party hot-spots, Thailand should be on every traveler’s bucket list!

Thailand is a country that appeals to both backpackers on a budget and travelers with luxurious taste. This Southeast Asian gem is popular for short holidays, gap year travels and a place for expats and “Digital Nomads” alike to call home.

In the recent years, Thailand has become a top destination for tourists and those who would like to start their traveling journey across southeast Asia. Its history is thrilling, its historical sites are fascinating and enchanting landscape covers the country’s south.

Let’s discover it together and get some useful information along the way.

Bangkok

Bangkok is full of exquisitely decorated Buddhist temples—as you go from one to the next you’ll be continually blown away by the craftsmanship and elabourate details. But if you’d rather seek enlightenment in a gourmet meal, or dance the night away, you’ll also enjoy Bangkok—the restaurant and nightclub scenes here are among the best in the world.

Krabi

Krabi has all the right ingredients for the ultimate beach destination. Most tourists visit the province for a day’s excursion and a few stay longer, which isn’t such a bad thing after all! This trend makes Krabi less crowded than Bangkok, Phuket or Pattaya.  Railay beach is one of the most popular beaches in Thailand and is only accessible by sea. Others worth a visit include Ao Nang, Nopparat Thara and Tubkaak beaches. Kayaking, snorkelling, parasailing, scuba diving, rock climbing; choices of adventure activities are plenty.

Phi Phi Islands

To truly experience love at first sight, you must arrive at Phi Phi. As the boat approaches the isles, you see a fortress rise from the sea, flanked by forests and cliffs; you see the beach by the clear blue waters… it’s truly magical. If you still need another reason to visit…it would be the atmosphere. Absolutely laidback, no sense of rush, no schedule. Lay on the beach, ‘Instagram’ some photos and literally soak in the atmosphere. Friends, fun and Phi Phi and you’ll be fine. Apart from the beach experience, Phi Phi offers a whole lot underwater.

Phuket

Patong is undoubtedly the centre of nightlife in Phuket. Reach at 9 o’clock and you won’t be back in your suite till the wee hours. If it isn’t the nightclubs, you could go for the Cabaret Shows or get a dose of some Thai boxing perhaps! Muay Thai is exhilarating and riveting to say the least, and you could visit either one of the two venues – Soi Sai Namyen and Bangla Boxing Stadium behind Jungceylon and catch some intense fights!
